Comfortable and cozy

Location got little difficult at times, could not see mighty Matterhorn directly from the balcony

I loved the amenities this chalet had. They offered us a lot of free snacks and pasta which was a nice touch. There was also laundry on site which was great even though we didn't have time to use it. Christoph was really nice, attentive and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary taxi rides to and from the train station since it is a little far from the main part of town. The room was really clean and the small kitchen came with all essentials needed.

It was a little far from the main center area and the bus stops running at 745pm. So you would have to walk up those hills and work your calf muscles or take an expensive taxi ride up. But the location was in a nice quiet area.

The host was amazing! Apartment was clean, great quiet location.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Stunning views of Matterhorn and all the surrounding. What a beautiful, beautiful place.

Located in a quiet place, beautiful view from the terrace, comfy and clean beds, and it had the amenities we needed.

Excellent location and very well maintained apartment. It had all the necessary items for a family with 2 kids. All cooking utensils were provided with basic ingredients as well for cooking. The owner also kept complimentary basic food items like pasta/ pasta sauce/ chips and some chocolates. Ebikes were offered on request at lower than market rates for the entire duration of our stay. The view from the apartment was awesome and peaceful for a relaxing stay. The hiking routes were right besides the place giving us plenty of options to hike. Lastly the owner was extremely helpful in providing information regarding any activities which we could do in Zermatt.

The appartment is exactly as described. Very clean and modern. It's at the edge of Zermatt, next to the start of several trails.

The pillows and mattresses were a bit too soft, but this is probably a personal preference.
