The house was clean, well equipped and very spacious. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning was nice as well.

Bed mattress felt bit hard but doable. More blankets and kitchen towel would have been nice.

Enjoyed the view from the balcony, the apartment was really spacious and really well equipped.

Everything was ok, but the boiler heater took a long time to heat up the first day (afterwards everything was fine) and would also be great to have larger beds and a few more blankets and kitchen towels; and maybe a balcony awning to fully enjoy the sea view during sunny days.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of cooking appliances for a family. Rental price is reasonable in Split.

The roads to the apartment are narrow, raw and one way. Need to drive carefully when you go out or come back.

- The owner let us change our dates 2 times (!) because of family members sicknesses on a very short notice, we really appreciate such a flexibility, although we realize this wouldn`t be possible during the season. - The apartment is huge, light, modern, great balcony, looooots of everything in the apartment, including 2 ACs, microwave oven, actual oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc, etc. - Nice view from the balcony, although a bit obstructed by the neighboring building. - The beach is very close, the area is still under construction though.

- The heater in the bathroom wasn`t working which is kind of important in winter season, the lady claimed it works but it never did :( - Glass half-door in the bath tub doesn`t actually protect bathroom from any splashes but people keep installing it in the bathrooms - that I will never understand.

It was a really nice apartment and very close to the beach. It was spacious, with large bedrooms, a big bathroom and a lovely balcony, with a great view of the sea and nearby islands. The host provided complimentary snacks on arrival, including sweets, nuts, watermelon and a bottle of Coke.

The balcony is great! Rooms were lovely and full of cute details. There is a lot of space, which helped since we were a big group!
