Mango Suites Cauayan

This hotel is new but the windows in the rooms are single pane glass so every tricycle and street noise is heard day and night even people walking on the rods or arriving in the vans or cars, we were 3 rd floor, Owner and developer should have used double glazed windows. No power points to connect person devices for charging or use except under the bedside table, yet advertises at a business person accommodation, they need power point near the desk, The building is under 1 year old and already showing signs in the room of render brack up and tiles on the stairs breaking. o get a hot Shower you have to run the shower for 5 minutes before you get hot water waste of a precious commodity.

This is a budget motel. It’s not a hotel suite. Housekeeping failed to swap towels that was on the floor nor did they emptied the trash in both of our rooms. We understood that we had to call front desk for linen exchange but we did not call them because we did not need to have our beds made nor linen to be exchanged. I now question their intent of environmentally friendly or are they just trying to cut down services to save more money. Otherwise, if you are a backpacker this is a place for you. If you are a traveler with luggage, you may want to consider other hotels.

No Face Towels provided until I spoke with the manager (Kay) and no Hot Water from the sink.provide me with a kettle to heat water to use in the sink. Amenities at this Hotel are few. The breakfast sucked and I could not eat it.

Nice & new. Not bad at all. Walking distance to SM & also near the airport.

Excellent attentive customer service. New and super clean hotel with nice little restaurant attached. Walking distance to a nice mall with a theater.
