施設の老朽化、食堂の床が汚い、朝食は満足、客室から見る朝日は最高、夫婦岩まで近い、海岸が至近距離、夕食食べる場所があまりない。しかし満足でした。

館内は清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。お部屋も広く、備品は少ないように感じましたが、快適です。ユニットバスの入り口が高いため、高齢家族は踏み台を使いましたが、転ばないか見守りが必要でした。貸し切り風呂は人気で、人気の時間帯は予約がとれませんでしたが、ずらして入れました。綺麗でゆったり入れました。ただ、浴槽に階段がなく、深さがあるのでやはり子供や高齢者は注意です。大浴場の洗い場は３つ。エレベーターは１つ。この点は不便でした。スタッフさん達は親切です。10階で頂く朝ご飯。海を見ながら美味しく頂けました。朝は二見浦まで海沿いを散歩して、本当に気持ち良かった。部屋からも海が見られて、良いホテルで良かったです。

伊勢の時はいつもここに泊まらせていただいています。平面駐車場も停めやすく、海まで徒歩30秒、海岸沿いを歩いていくと神社もあります。新しいホテルではないですが、ソファが置いてあったり、一般的なビジネスホテルよりも広く快適です。

親娘旅で利用しました。家族風呂も利用しやすく、お部屋も快適でした。お部屋の中のバスルームの段差が通常よりも高く驚きましたが、ちゃんとステップが備え付けてあり安心しました。家族が合流し、別のお部屋を連泊での利用でしたが、荷物を預かってもらえたり、いろいろとご配慮してくださいました。
