SGCommunication has issues. I requested early check-in (morning) when I booked. I also asked whether I would have to pay for those few hours. An email from the property mentioned they can allow us early check-in without a fee. When we arrived there, they disallowed us check-in and said, 'Come back at 12pm.' We did, unfortunately, change staff and said, "We are allowed to check in but cannot go into the room." It was ridiculous; we had the room card but couldn't enter the room and had to return by 3pm. Another issue was the car park. It should be reserved for some foreigners who need a lot. However, this INN only served permanent residents and not foreign guests. We saw 2 lots, but the staff said that was reserved only on that day. WHY? The staff could have told us that they will give us a carpark ticket to park at the nearest location. When we got so angry, then they gave it to us. For those who drive, do take note that the car park is mostly occupied by their permanent residents with lorries/vans and always filled up by 4pm (Japan time).

JP10階で景色もよく、綺麗で 清潔だった事 食事する所も近場にありよかった
