Nova Guest House

the location is great, smack in the middle of Pererenan among many shops and restaurants

The property is rather run down. It requires a fair bit of renovation. The room is smaller than in the pictures advertised. The bedsheets and the towels are stained. There is a subtle smell coming from the sink/toilet, they try to cover it with an automatic room deodorizer that sprays every 5 minutes (see photo). Shared kitchen is barely usable. I booked seven nights but I ended up staying three as I could not bear the property anymore.

Basically we rent it just to leave somewhere our luggage, while traveling. Wouldn’t stay there for a vacation.

Personel was absent, we waited a long time at the reception to check in, and during check out the guy basically was standing at a door with w broom…

Excellent location! Good space for my clothes.

Basic but alright; towels not so new, very small desk, swimming pool was not the best.

I loved my stay at Nova - it's a small, cosy place. Such a good location! I felt very safe and comfortable. Such beautiful people both working and staying there - overall a really great experience :)

- location is perfect, Nova guest house is in Pererenan which is next to Canggu but calmer. The guest house is very close to the beach (15 min walking distance) and it has many cafes you can work from next to the hotel - the wifi was really good and there was a desk on the room, I could have a lot of work done

- the room I stayed in had no sunlight at all and it smelled like damp - also the walls were covered with mould - the toilet would need some renovation - it was too expensive for what we got

The host was very helpful and friendly and the location is perfect for restaurants and going to the beach.

The Location was great, facilities clean and very nice staff. Everything went smooth. The beds were also very comfortable with well working AC in the Room. I enjoyed having plenty of desk space to get work done in the room.

Cleanliness, lack of privacy, absence of soap and shower gel, not clean bed sheets.
