Das Frühstück ist sehr gut ! Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Becken ist nach einer langen Fahrt sehr angenehm. Öffnungszeiten sind natürlich zu beachten. Die Qualitätsprobleme im ersten Zimmer konnten durch das qualifizierte Personal mit den Angebot eines anderen Zimmers zufriedenstellend gelöst werden.

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau. Ein unordentliches und z.T. verschmutztes Umfeld passt ebenfalls nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, ebenso das Bad. Das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl. Das Spa konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da dieses bei unserem Aufenthalt nur von 13-19 Uhr geöffnet war und wir erst später angekommen sind. Außerdem war bei unserer Ankunft eine Hochzeit, sodass das Parkplatzfinden etwas schwierig war, aber geklappt hat. Und gehört haben wir in unserem Zimmer nichts von der Hochzeitsfeier.

It is hard to be objective on this part, since I met my family here for the wedding which affected this experience in the positive way. The hotel has a spa and a small gym, which is great, but also expected from the 5* hotel and spa. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help if needed. The hotel has a nice cafe/restaurant which has a covered outside area where is lovely to sit when the weather is nice. Full body massage was the best experience in the hotel, massage was given by someone who knows what he is doing, and it only cost me 20 euros. Breakfast choice was good for continental breakfast.

This is not a 5* hotel per European standards. There is something lacking in every room. There is a massage shower in every room, but only one option worked on it. Shower door are not able to close all the way so the floor would get wet and it would be extremely slippery(My sister had a shower door that were hanging by the thread). Sound isolation is very poor. On the morning after the wedding, I was awaken by the alarm- neighbour room alarm. You can hear people moving, showers running, water flushing... When it comes to spa facilities, it is very nice to have and enjoy them, however the hot tub is broken, filter keeps coming out, no bubbles, enterance to the tub is quite anadequate and insecure. Pool is nice(indoor), and saunas are working but temperature in Finnish sauna seems bit low. I was there 2 days, and on the second day there were no towels in the spa. Altough the choice for the breakfast was ok by my liking, food was cold (eggs, sausages...), and we were at breakfast at 9am,and and 8am.
