Genel olarak ilk günkü resepsiyon bayan yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Ancak tam olarak çözüm olamadı. Onun dışında iyi di herşey güzeldi. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Odalardaki Isıtma sistemleri daha verimli olabilirdi. Odadaki Klimanın biri çalışmıyordu. Ertesi gün seyyar ısıtıcı verdiler. Ancak küçük çocuklarla seyahat ettiğimiz için seyyar ısıtıcılar biraz tehlike oluşturuyordu.

Doručak sjajan, bogat, raznovrsan, ukusan. Hotel i osoblje takođe sjajni. Sadržaj sjajan, raznovrstan ali nismo koristili sve usluge zbog kratkog boravka pa je teško biti precizan u potpunosti. U svakom slučaju sve preporuke. Doći ćemo ponovo.

Pogled i zasebna soba, ali to nema veze sa sadržajem hotela u smislu nekog posebnog nedostatka. Prosto bi sa tim ugođaj bio kompletan.

La dimensione della camera era adatta a 4 persone, c’era anche una piccola cucina attrezzata. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante però i prezzi sembravano nella media. La ragazza della spa è stata molto gentile e simpatica nello spiegare l’uso della spa. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché era piena di gente, feste e musica da tutte le parti, invece la spa era vuota.

La pulizia della spa e piccoli dettagli di manutenzione. Il personale della reception ha bisogno di una camomilla e un corso di accoglienza Albergo ai trova fuori dalla città di veles, attenti a inoltravi nelle stradine de paese
