Welcoming, courteous, clean, quiet, and safe for females and Muslims, too. I was very grateful my luggage was carried upstairs as I struggled with lifting the luggage and my bags. Highly recommend! Great value for the price I paid, which was less than half of what my fellow colleagues paid at Holiday Inn.

Great location for where I needed to be but the kitchen was out of action (no indication when booking) and the room did not have blackout curtains. The blinds in rm3 were also broken so the early morning sunlight was not a welcome early wake up call.

Was nicely greeted at the hotel for an out of hours check in (23:59) Duty manager went above and beyond for me. Good facilities. Felt that the room could have been a little more thoroughly cleaned. Enjoyed the stay overall.

very friendly, clean, nice tea coffee and biscuits in room tray. Good quality, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. we will stay again. we were offered tea coffee on arrival which was nice to have welcome drinks.

Absolutely terrible experience. Reception area has lots of random furniture scattered around which was already a bit of a red flag. Room was filthy - bin was not emptied, bedsheets were stained, bathroom was smelly, moldy and FILTHY as seen on the photos I took. After 19+ hours of travelling all I wanted to do was get some rest, but I did not have the guts to shower in the morning. I gave it two stars because staff was great, very understanding of my situation, offered a drink upon arrival and helped with general questions.
