El apartamento cumplió totalmente nuestras expectativas. Éramos 5 personas y teníamos espacio de sobra, es muy grande y cómodo. La zona es ideal, súper tranquila y bien ubicada: a pocos minutos de Nyhavn, del parque Churchill y a unos 15 minutos andando de la Sirenita y la casa real. Las duchas eran una maravilla, las camas comodísimas y las toallas impecables. Además, la comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente en todo momento. Tienen un guestbook muy completo con información práctica y muchas recomendaciones útiles sobre la ciudad. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la tele y nos lo solucionaron rapidísimo, así que un diez también en atención.

Lo único que comentaríamos es que la puerta de la planta superior podría ser un poco más opaca o tener algo para tapar la vista, porque con las habitaciones tan cerca se hace un poco raro que sea tan visible.

Fabulous spacious 2 level apartment Big enough rooms and good dining table area in the middle + Lovely soft pillows, spacious apartment, big fridge and nice big showers and towels. No keys as electronic door lock. Stylish and simple design.. 1 set of coffee pods.. kitchen just big enough - not so good was the narrow spiral staircase to go up and down.. the TV wasn't where the open area was..but we didn't really watch the TV so ok. No Aircon but we didn't need it

Excellent space and location, so useful for a family trip. Stylish space. Great showers.

It was very hot! Lots of windows which you can’t draw blinds across letting in lots of sunshine. Which I’m sure is great if it below 20 degrees. Starting to show a bit of wear and tear, stained carpet and sofa with chocolate stains.

It was very clean and quiet. The apartment is spacious, easily enough for 5 people. Alex was very responsive and handled the concern we had quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent and very convenient.

Sky light in the rooms.... light pouring in from 4.30am Absolutely no furniture .... simple tables to put your stuff on was missing.... a couch to sit on on the upstairs floor... nothing

The layout and facilities were excellent. Showers were very good and beds vert comfy.

The spiral staircase is a challenge to say the least, we ended up going out of the 3rd floor and walking up the main staircase. It didn't detract from our stay, we found it quirky and a bit of fun, but anyone with mobility issues will struggle.
