最近千葉エリアのビジネスホテルの宿泊費が高騰しているが、ここは１か月前からの予約であれば非常に安く泊まれる。チェックインはチェックイン機を用い、チェックアウトはカードキーをボックスに返すだけなのでフロントの人と会わずにすべてが完結する。チェックイン機で日本語を入力するのが煩わしいので予約情報から自動的に流し込んでほしい。部屋は十分快適で清潔に保たれている。トイレはウォシュレット付き。部屋には電子レンジが装備されているのは良い。電気ポット、冷蔵庫、ドライヤも部屋にある。駅から徒歩30秒でコンビニも至近にある。総じて満足できる。

Very nice hotel

Would stay at this hotel every time I’m in Tokyo!!! Quiet place to get out of the hassle and bustle of the too busy city. The hotel is right in front of the train station that makes it convenient to get anywhere. Staff is wonderful especially the young lady that works the front desk during the days. Keep pricing as it is and wound recommend this hotel every time.

従業員の希望で予約しましたが、駅近以外取り柄が無いかと 少し離れると（5分程度）朝食、無料駐車場、大浴場等の設備のホテルがあるので、宿泊料金が割高に感じます

ペット連れでの宿泊でしたがホテルの清潔さが一番でした。 前の利用者さんのペットの臭いなど無く快適に宿泊出来ました。 ありがとうございました。

部屋が狭かった。

stayed overnight for events at the port tower park. everything i needed to go to was walking distance. the room was clean and a little more spacious than other business hotels. my request for high floor rom was granted. and also, they let me check-in 30minutes earlier for free of charge. amenities were not fully provided. no free bottled water, no ice machine. no free hotel parking but there are alot of 500yen coin parking around the hotel.
