Everything was perfect!

The bar staff who liaise with you for the room key and payment were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic. The large bed was very comfortable.

There was no room service throughout my 5 night stay. The carpet in the room had stains and could do with a good deep clean or be replaced.

No cleaning even if I stayed for 4 nights. You have to go through a bar to get to your room, that feels awkward:

The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and laid out with all the necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was excellent, with everything in the city centre within walking distance. Overall I would recommend this to other travellers heading to Belgrade.

There is clearly an issue with their communication and messaging systems, as I repeatedly received the same information request message for pre-check-in information. I received this multiple times in both the Booking.com messaging app and WhatsApp. Even after I had provided the information I received a message requesting this again after I had already arrived. I was also asked repeatedly when I would be arriving when this was clearly provided in my original booking information. Also twice I asked questions in the Booking.com app regarding payment after they had messaged me with their questions and I received no response, so I had to get Booking.com to phone them to confirm my questions. Finally, you can only pay in cash. It would be far easier if payment was possible by card as I do not like to carry around this amount of money in cash.

Everything was very nice, clean and the stuff was very friendly and helpful!
