the location is very strategic inside the mall, and the parking lot is huge, so you could either park in the basement or in the level 6. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very good and family friendly. The staff is also very helpful and friendly The food in the restaurant is also very recommended for groups of people, because it has a lot of options such as duck, beef, dimsum, etc. It gives you a new experience of enjoying Chinese food with a good environment and a delicious food

It was a short stay, but absolutely amazing! I was truly impressed by how the team created personalized surprises upon my arrival. Special thanks to Pak Ricky (FOM), Regina, and the Guest Relations team — you were all fantastic. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

This was my 2nd stays at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue in Match after few months. I went to Jakarta almost 2-3 times a month for staycation and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent stable high-speed internet. The staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive especially the entire team at the Executive Lounge. I would like to compliment Front Desk Jackeline who checked me in. Her interaction to guest made me Feel Welcome. The coffee and cocktails in the bar at the Lobby are very good and have local characteristics. The design and hard decoration are representative, a great experience, Last, but not the least I would like to kudos Mr Ahrian for his great hospitality leadership and resolved my minor issue on drink.

When I stay at swissotel I made friends which the friends I made are the people who work here🤣 My favorite is Bella, she is kind helpful funny cute, and she loves to draw 💖She plays with me hay day and plays other stuff with me💕💕 My second favourite is Kikomi,she is funny kind helpful and cute. She likes Harry Potter,power puff and other movies and cartoons I mostly like🥰🥰 My second favourite is also Tiffany and Vallen,they are both kind funny helpful and plays with me. Tiffany is the manager👐🏻 My third favourite is Carolina,Nana,Nadia,Deswina,they are all nice,kind,funny and helpful. I like chatting with them😊 My third Favourite is Safa and Alvin they are trainees they are funny and helpful and kind and nice😁👐✌🏻 The chefs Lisa,Lulu,Chelsea,Chelse and Desti, They are kind helpful funny and nice.They cook very well.👍👍👍👍yummy 🍝🍗🥩🥔🥓🍖

Location close to airport a bonus. Very good value for a 5 star hotel. Did help that I was an Accor member. Room had good views of the part of the City where the hotel was located. Staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Breakfast offering very good - included Indonesian, other Asian and Western choices. Bathroom OK. Shower alcove open to rest of bathroom. Spent quite a bit of time in the Executive Lounge. Was looked after very well in the Lounge and would like to express my appreciation to Carolina, Kikomi, Bella, Deswina, Vallen, Nadiya, Ayu and Nadia. Great job ! Will stay again if the opportunity arises.
