"It’s alright but cleaning needs a lot of improvement"

The location is nice, it’s close to the park and everything that we needed. Flat itself was fine, and the manager friendly.

Seemed like it was never properly cleaned, floor and kitchenware was dirty, sofa with many spots. Towels ragged. I never stayed in such conditions before and would strongly recommend the host to train and manage his staff.

Excellent property with a beautiful balcony and view, excellent kitchen with all utensils. Lasha who helped us into the room was very helpful. I highly recommend.

Mostly hot water was coming from the tap was hard to regulate it to warm but that is a small issue and the only issue.

This was the second time we were stating at this property. This time we booked a 100m bigger unit. Excellent support from host.

The AC was not on prior to our arrival and looks like the room was not occupied for some time. It took lot of time for the two small AC they got for cooling the 100m sqr room. Host (Lasha) was very supportive and even offered another room on 12th flr, but we decided to continue with same unit on 9th flr.
