ROX Hotel Ankara

They were so helpful and nice, I traveled with cleaning items because of my newborn, not one speck of dust. Very happy with my choice.

Dead property and staff. No positive Vibe from staff except the porter.

So much better than the official 2 stars. Great rooms, fantastic restaurant on the roof top.

I had an absolutely great time during my stay at ROX hotel. I felt genuinely welcomed by all staff members. They were very helpful and professional. Besides, the room was very clean and it contained all the necessities. Upon my arrival, the air conditioning in my room broke. The manager of the hotel kindly accommodated me to the suite and the next day, they repaired the air conditioning. This showed how important it was to them the customer’s comfort and overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly always so kind. My favorite thing about the hotel, is its location. It is in the center and you can just walk to anywhere you want. *small tips* try to find ways to overcome the language barrier generally in Ankara since not everyone speaks English & there’s an amazing shoe store just down the street of ROX hotel.

Very very bad service and experience. This hotel has too much problem with phones, key and customer service. For the price it’s not even with it. Too much lies and Miscommunication amongst the staff.

We rented two rooms for two nights. The Expedia website only presented the option of rooms with two beds, though we wanted one room with a single large bed and a room with two beds. On arriving, I explained that, and the front desk was Nice enough to give us what we wanted. The two rooms were right across the hall from each other. One was fine. The other room had a strange smell, so I thought I would run the water in the shower to clear the drain. Upon turning on the water, though, the shower head popped off the hose and water sprayed all over me and the room. I went down immediately and reported it, and upon sending a worker to confirm, the manager gave us an upgraded room on the same floor. Really great service. Also, props to the valets, who did a good job managing the awkward parking situation. Of note, the bathrooms have glass walls with blinds. Unfortunately, our blinds were broken, so there really was not much privacy. We didn’t report it, but probably should have.

Good walkable location to everywhere. Nice modern rooms with a lounge area. Good standard of breakfast buffet with nice views
