ロケーションは良い。清潔感もあった。

到着した5/27の夜、チェックインして早々に「大浴場は使えません」と淡々と告げられ、開いた口が塞がらなかった。配管トラブルが理由らしいが、そんなもの“発生した時点で”予約者に連絡するのが最低限のサービスではないのか。 長旅で疲れ切った身体を癒やすつもりでこのホテルを選んだのに、その目論見は見事に崩壊。正直、到着直後から気分は最悪だった。 さらに呆れたのは、他の宿泊客には近隣の入浴施設の案内チラシを配っていたのに、私たちには一切渡されなかったこと。 こちらからホテルマンに伝えると「すぐお部屋にお持ちします」と言っていたが、案の定、最後まで届かず。言うだけ言って放置するとは、サービス業としてどうかしている。 総じて、情報共有の杜撰さ、フォローの甘さ、気遣いの欠如が目立つ残念な滞在だった。大浴場が使えないこと自体よりも、その後の対応の雑さに強い不信感を覚えた。

People were friendly and easy to locate historical sites

It would be nice if public transportation such as monorail system is further extended throughout island. Apparently bus system exist, but some people need a choice for certain reason….
