La salle de bain est très "ordinaire", on dirait qu'elle a été refaite sans soin.

La qualité du service est excellente et la diversité des repas est très appreciable. La literie est confortable et de bonne qualité. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville de La Clusaz, à proximité des télé-cabines.

Le nombre des prises dans la chambre est insuffisant, notamment car il n'y en a pas chaque côté du lit, ce qui oblige à utiliser une rallonge (nous avons acheté une rallonge dans un supermarché à proximité). De plus, l'ascenseur situé près de la réception est particulièrement lent. Le dernier ne pose pas forcement un problème... sauf après une longue journée de ski avec des jambes ultra fatiguées.

The 2 lifts to get to our room Spa was ok but needed a bit more attention to hygiene The baggage store was filthy/ dirty and there appeared to be a lack of staff
