Nous aurions préféré être du côté cour intérieure et pas avec une vue sur la route mais l’insonorisation était bonne donc peu de bruit finalement.

chambre conforme pour un classement 3 étoiles . RAS sur la propreté , design , équipements et calme de l'établissement en général. Un plus pour l'accés à CANAL+ sans surcoût . Petit déjeuner complet avec de vrai viennoiserie , pas des minis surgelés. Terrasse extérieur pour déjeuner agréable et calme . Personnel présent à l'acceuil pour les arrivés nocturnes .

Bruit de claquement des portes de chambre lorsque nous sortons de la chambre. Poignée extérieur verrouillée ,obligé de tirer la porte pour fermer d'ou le claquement du pen de la porte. Nuisance sonore ponctuelle peut être amélioré.

Un personnel vraiment professionnel et au delà. Un accueil avec Pauline, et un accompagnement de départ avec Marie. Exceptionnel de nos jours, et fait avec naturel et spontanéité. En salle pour le Petit Déjeuner, 2 dames également très agréables. Personnel très impacté. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir et conseillerons cette adresse aux amis, si étape à Clermont Ferrand.

At a convenient distance from the autoroute, but without the (ugly) taste of typical French autoroute hotels. Delicious breakfast, wonderful viennoiseries, big variety. Totally unexpected. Worth the price.

A fridge is something we long haul travellers deeply appreciate when there is one.
