Hotel Full Colors

On arrival in a hot Lyon (early June), I was surprised to see that my aircon / fan were not working on check in to the hotel. I was then informed that these were not turned on until it got hot (and trust me it was hot) which led to an annoying first few nights. The hotel is a little tired and rooms can be a little noisy. However, the hotel staff are very courteous and helpful and the restaurant served consistently good food. Overall, the experience was OK if unexceptional.

One of the rooms given smelt smokey but was immediately changed when we raised the issue. Excellent food and wine at a reasonable cost and very helpful staff.

We had a fabulous stay and it helped that they had free parking at the hotel as we would drive into Lyon every day. The staff was very pleasant and quite helpful in providing information. The pool was also very nice and refreshing on a hot day.

Been here before and the service and quality of food was even better than the last time. The staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good one. The food may be a bit expensive but it's definitely worth it. I would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a relaxing visit to Lyon.The hotel was comfortable,with much needed airconditioning.Lunch & dinner on the terrec by the pool was a real treat. Very friendly & helpful staff. We will visit again.
