Great locations and facilities in the room

Daniel, our host, was exceptionally helpful, kind and accommodating. The property suggests a French chateau; our room was beautifully decorated, the bed and linens comfortable, the view of the street below charming. Daniel prepared the best coffee, croissants, eggs, fruits and juices for breakfast on the outdoor patio. We will definitely return!

Lovely welcoming host. Great atmospheric, central location in Ortigia. Although on a busy street during the day, things were quiet at night and there was also excellent double glazing in the windows. Lovely rooms. restored to a beautiful finish. Nice breakfast on the roof terrace. Guests are directed to less touristy restaurants in Ortigia, which was a wonderful insider’s tip to have.

Unfortunately, the beautiful bath was impractical for anyone with any degree of mobility issues and there was no alternative shower. This is not a hotel, more B&B. As a result, getting in and out could feel slightly like entering Fort Knox due to the numerous locked doors.

Perfect location right in the heart of Ortigia. The staff was really helpful recommending places to go, the decor is very elegant and the room is impecable with perfect AC. Cannot recommend it more. Private Parking was 3 minutes away for 25 euro per day.
