Firstly it is not walking distance to Waterfront as advertised! After check in and parking in front of our unit our car was blocked in by a huge 4 wheel drive Ute and an electronic sign on a trailer. Had to have food delivered for dinner and bad luck if we urgently needed to get out overnight as we could not move. Receptionist and Manager no help!

A lovely, clean and spacious room with spa , a separate room for the living space that has a large TV. It also has a small courtyard with a table and chairs.Its location even on a major road is quiet. We checked in late with easy instructions for key access. An extra service was actioned without request for bin emptying and a clean towel added. Absolutely great value for money that provides the basic essentials in a spacious environment. Would highly recommend.

No bar. Thought the $165 included toast & coffee but that was $15 extra. Outside patio room was disgusting about a years worth of cigarette butts and a filthy table and chairs to sit on. I thought i had booked the queen executive room. Never Again. Rude receptions. Not enough milk if you want foxtel or Netflix you have to subscribe to watch it. I stayed in victor harbour for 2 nights absolutely beautiful and $130 per night
