First, the communication with the staff regarding my arrival and specific room request was excellent! They always responded politely and promptly plus I got the kind of room I wanted. Thanks! The room was also better than I expected. The bed was comfy, the shower had hot water, and it was clean. I also loved the location about 12 mins walking to the bus terminal and near a Dollar City, D1, and a chicken restaurant (Brosty Chicken).

I hated that shower. I'm a shortie and each time I stepped out I thought I would slip and fall as it's a wide entry/exit. Also, there was no hair dryer.

The room was small without an interior chain, and the front desk kept the key even when I was inside the room. I've never had an hotel do that before.

Si lo que buscas es practicidad, funcionalidad y buena relación calidad-precio, este alojamiento es una muy buena opción en la ciudad de Cali. Su ubicación es bastante buena, pues está cerca de la zona rosa de la ciudad, y en general, de varios sitios de interés. Un par de puntos fuertes a favor son el parqueadero cubierto en las instalaciones y que cuenta con aire acondicionado. Es ideal para viajes en pareja o de trabajo.

Staff were trustworthy. Room and furnishings outdated, bed uncomfortable.Uninteresting,slightly unsafe neighborhood with ambulance and fire station nearby. Two blocks to public bus stop.

The cleaning lady was amazing,

some of the staff were ok some had some attitude, and omg the beds were too hard They needed to get new beds cause my back is still hurting from sleeping on them.
