BOHO Tamarindo

The service was great and great location. the room was amazing with a boho chic style. very friendly people.

Cleaning service needs to improve, our room was not cleaned during the 3 nights we stayed.

The room is beautiful and the pool area is very comfortable. I would come back.

The noise around due to construction is unfortunate, but I understand there is nothing they can do. The access to the Beach club is nice but as a solo traveler I felt their service was the worst. There was a day that I went there in the morning, I was the only one there and it took one hour for someone to come check on me and bring the menu, they never returned to check if I would like to order something. On the hotel, my only request is that they need to add a blackout in the window in the closet area. Both days I woke up 6am because the room was too bright.

Tamarindo is in the middle of a building boom and it was all around the hotel. They worked extra hard to make our stay comfortable and quiet. Lovely place with a fun and very helpful staff. Easy access to the beach and walkable for most of Tamarindo.

A beautiful and lovely property. Lots of construction nearby but the hotel was up front and accommodating - didnt create any major disruption to our stay. It’s in a very walkable location but is secluded from some of the craziness of downtown Tamarindo which is nice. Highly recommend!

A great boutique hotel in a great location between Tamarindo and Langosta but at the moment temporarily disadvantaged by all the new construction next door. Boho provides member access to the Langosta Beach Club just across the street. Room design deserves an award.

Overall a great little spot. The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. It's a 5 minute walk from all the action which is a good thing, generally being in a quieter area. I would have rated this a 5 except we did not learn about the construction next door until a few days before our visit, and construction started promptly at 6 AM each morning. The air conditioning in our unit (#1) was just passable at 24C and somewhat noisy when the condenser cut out (or maybe kicked in?). There were also some animals on the roof that make noise at times throughout the night. If you're not bothered by these sorts of things, then the place is an absolute gem. We also had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency and they were gracious enough to process a partial refund, which was very much appreciated.
