EsJays at Knowles House

We visited a number of times Sarah is lovely and everything is perfect has usual. Great spit 5 mins from front ,plenty of parking on street. Our pups 1st time he loved it,the weather was red hot thankfully we had a beach hut booked. Plenty of room for dog crate.

Loved the choice of cereal, teas and juice and fresh milk. Very welcoming lady with clean rooms, amazing big bath/shower. Will definitely book again.

Loved everything

Great location, near to train station shops, bars & beach. The rooms were lovely & clean. Large spacious bathroom. Lovely host. Also a tea coffee station with cereal and snacks was a great touch.

It was cold in the morning, needs to put the heating on if it’s a cold night.

Extremely comfortable bed, just like being at home. Self catering( no kitchen) but an excellent supply of cereals, milk, tea coffee biscuits etc, a fridge and kettle even a bowl of water out for our little dog. Sarah was very attentive to our needs but not intrusive. House was in a quiet very nice residential area no problem parking and easy walk to the towm centre. Full use of upstairs floor, very private with a big double bedroom, pl enty of storage and a massive bathroom. Would definately recommend.

Absolutely nothing. ( We knew when booked there wasn't a kitchen )

Lovely and clean. Very comfortable . Trolly with bevridges was a bonus. Bathroom was excellent with large bath and shower. Would highly recommend.

Douvet was a little thick but we like a light weight one. Just our preference.
