Easy on street parking in a quiet, safe street. Sarah was very welcoming with great communication beforehand. House was spotlessly clean. Bedrooms large with very comfy beds. Large private bathroom with towels and toiletries provided. Appreciated the fridge and kettle on the landing with milk, tea, coffee and cereals provided. Guests have the first floor to ourselves and it was very quiet and private. I would highly recommend staying here.

I would have loved a cooked breakfast.

Location was central for most people but for us walking was difficult to seaside due to disability. Our bed was even more comfortable than ours at home..our bathroom was luxurious and our little food station was lovely with fresh water, juice snd various cereals.and tea and coffee ofcourse.. The overall feeling was home comforts rather than luxiourious

The location was o.k. but thought we were in Lytham Television was good.

The smell of dogs on entering the house. Do it yourself cereal breakfast on the landing, coffee and tea in small jars. No coffee machine.only 1 chair so didnt eat together. Half used bottles of shampoo ect. Mould on the shower screen.

Great location, just a 5min walk to town and the pier. Plenty of room and nice selection of cereal for breakfast which was unexpected.

Loved how we just had the upstairs. Sarah was a great host she accommodated everything, eg, cereal, tea coffee,milk, and juices. We also got a dog bowl with water in for our dog. The location was brilliant as well. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully, we can stay here again at some point.

Nothing to not like about this stay.

Sarah was in contact before we went and nothing was too much trouble. We could check in at 12.30pm and left about 10.30am - no pressure. Sarah was there if needed . Both rooms were spacious and beautifully presented as well as the exceptional bathroom. I appreciated the landing treats: fridge, mugs, cereals, proper milk, biscuits and all varieties of coffees and teas.

Perfect location.A 5 min walk into the centre of St Anne’s. Just perfect to walk my Dachshunds into town. Sarah was a perfect hostess. Our rooms were cozy, very clean and the bed was very comfy. Lovely added touches, such as biscuits and juices. My friend and I went to The Lytham Proms for the weekend and Sarah doggy sat both days-allowing me as a Dachshund Mum to relax and enjoy the two days-they had a great time too!! Thank you Sarah for letting me have one of the best weekends ever!! Xxx
