Liked: Excellent location — very quiet, yet only about a 5-minute walk from the main square in Kraków. The location definitely deserves 9 out of 10. The hotel is new, with modern-looking furniture. The breakfast food itself was tasty.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below expectations. Upon arrival, the room was poorly cleaned: dirty floors, hair in the bathroom and on the bed, dusty furniture, lamps, and bedside lights, as well as dirty mirrors and shower glass. The bed was made carelessly, as if in a hurry. There were also issues with the bathroom: no hot water during the entire stay (only lukewarm water) and very low water pressure in the shower. Housekeeping was insufficient — only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the whole stay and they were not replenished. We had to take toilet paper from the lobby and even buy some ourselves. The breakfast was tasty, but for the price it was very limited (only one small portion). The drinks were not good.

Good location. Very close to the historic center. A fabulous and well located breakfast.

Das Frühstück gab es in einem guten Restaurant direkt um die Ecke. Die Auswahl war groß. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und sättigend. Wir sind da sehr gern hingegangen. Die Lage des Zimmers war auch perfekt, direkt am Innenstadtring gegenüber der Uni. Man ist also in 5 Minuten auf dem Marktplatz.

Da das Bett bei uns aus zusammengeschobenen einzelbetten mit Topper bestand, war das nicht immer optimal. Aber man konnte trotzdem sehr gut darauf schlafen.

Great location, host was very responsive and accommodating. The room had all that we needed for our short stay and we loved the decor.
