House Orlando

This is not a bed and breakfast even though it is sold as a bed and breakfast there is no breakfast. It is literally a room with a bathroom in a house.

No wifi provided despite advertised as having free wifi. No airport shuttle. No staff around or front desk. Area is very sketchy. Had to bang on a door to find someone to let us in - person spoke no English.

I decided not to stay because the place was different from what was shown online. The conditions on site were terrible and very disappointing. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so I left immediately.

accommodation, although not located in the center of Palermo, is only about a 15–20 minute drive away. It is situated in a small fishing village, which turned out to be a blessing — I was able to discover wonderful homemade cuisine and meet warm, welcoming locals. For me, this was the greatest advantage of staying here.

The major drawback was that the toilet leaked all night. Yes, the toilet in the room — it kept leaking continuously. Not only did the sound make it hard to sleep, but the bigger issue was that the water spread from the bathroom into the room, and it kept accumulating. While I understand the price wasn’t high, the bathroom had many elements that went beyond what I’d consider ‘industrial style,’ with lots of exposed wiring. Still, none of that compared to the problem of the toilet leaking nonstop.

Le lit est mou et en hauteur, il fait chaud malgré la clim

Ottima posizione rispetto a Mondello. Camera pulita ed essenziale. Materasso un po sfondato ma per la notte che abbiamo trascorso ci siamo adattati.

Il quartiere è rumoroso. C'era gente che parlava e rideva a voce alta fino dopo la mezzanotte. Addormentarsi non è stato facile.
