La habitación fue buena, la vista muy bonita.

No habia muchas opciones en el menú ni buffet. No habia muchas opciones de TV. Estaría bueno tener la opcion de plataformas disponibles como Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel, no nos encantó el desayuno por lo que cobran así que íbamos a ir a desayunar a otro lugar. Bajé a tomar un café al restaurante y, al principio, querían cobrarnos el buffet solo por pedir dos cafés. Cuando aclaré que no habíamos consumido alimentos, procedieron a cobrarnos 320 pesos por dos cafés refill o 5 tazas entre dos personas , es decir, alrededor de 65 pesos por un café americano. La verdad es que me pareció un abuso. Al final lo pagué, pero mi esposo se fue a Conkafecito y ahí pagó solo 70 pesos por un latte. ¡Tengan cuidado cuando pidan café por las mañanas!

Mala actitud del personal de recepción no me pudieron emitir ni factura el ruido del elevador wn las junior suites es insoportable de dia y de noche la maquinaria del elevador se encuentra arriba de las habitaciones

Buena ubicación y buena calidad y variedad de los alimentos en el desayuno.

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, se escucha todo de las habitaciones de los lados. Me parece un precio alto para el hotel, está bien, pero un poco viejito.

The room wasnt ready on time and i loose money because i was supposed to work there. I wait 1 hour more because it was supposed to be ready at 3pm. She cant give me discounts or extra night to afford the problem. The biggest toom are so basic and never i will pay for that again for almost 300$cad/night.. wow

La comodidad de las cama es excepcional, el baño, todo lo necesario para un descanso confortable.

La impuntualidad al hacer check in, llegue 3 en punto tuve que esperar media hora para que me hicieran la entrega de mi cuarto de allí en fuera servicio, instalaciones y ubicación de 10 de 10, lo recomiendo demasiado.
