It’s very damp， The quilt is very wet，and the room smells musty.

Staff were welcoming and kind. I arrived drenched after 7 hours motorcycle journey in the rain. Breakfast was very good. Nice selection and good quality.

I chose the hotel because it had a bath, however there was no hot water, only lukewarm water warm. I asked the receptionist and the owner came and he claimed the lukewarm water was hot water. It was bizarre. I spent two days and there was no hot water during my stay.

There were not much vegan breakfast options available on day one but chef prepared something for our family the second day . Another thing was lack of bathrobes, but we were told it was because the hotel was full to it’s capacity

Eco Lux Riverside Hotel is truly a hidden gem. The location by the river is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with fresh local ingredients. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at Eco Lux Hoi An and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is beautifully designed with eco-friendly materials and sustainability at its core. The bathroom had eco-friendly toiletries and a rain shower, which I absolutely loved. The staff were amazing – always smiling and going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. They provided helpful local recommendations and even arranged an excursion for me. One of my favorite features was the hotel’s organic garden, where they grow their own produce used in the restaurant. The food was delicious, with plenty of healthy options. The location is perfect – it’s peaceful, yet close enough to Hoi An’s old town for sightseeing. I highly recommend Eco Lux Hoi An for those who want a combination of comfort, luxury, and sustainability.

Definitely doesn’t have the facilities that they had advertised. Place is okay for the price but definitely not a 4plus star hotel like they advertised. More like a 2.5 star. We checked out a day early.
