At Thara Aonang

We had initially booked for one night, then decided to extend our stay for 10 more nights.

Nothing really. We didn’t want to be on the main strip where most hotels etc are so this place offered us a more local area, but it is close to the road so there is traffic noise.

It’s away from the crowded area of An Nong beach, but easy to get to by public bus or Grab. Nattie our host, along with her family made us feel so welcome and really wanted to do all they could to make our time there fun and comfortable.

Little close to the street so you can hear traffic at night, but after a day of shopping or sightseeing we were so tired, we slept through the traffic noise pretty easily.

Everything is great. The food is very cheap and delicious. Close to the beach. Very good location.

we arrived here early and she instantly had a motorbike for us and sent us straight off to the beach! she also gave us great recommendations! location was ideal and close to many beautiful beaches, room was clean and spacious, fresh water every day and some cute kitty's on the other side of the property!! helped us to book our transport aswell, lovely lady, lovely stay can't recommend enough! wanted to stay longer but unfortunately the place was booked out!! see you next time

nothing everything was great

We loved this stay! Everything was great! We were early but were able to get in earlier than check in time. The rooms were nice and spacious and very clean. The bed was the most comfy bed I’ve had in Asia 😍Breakfast was made for us too. Natty is a great host and so lovely. I lost my bag on the bus and she’s gone above and beyond to help me get it back, (picked it up from bus station and helping me get it too Koh samui) She’s helpful with everything also with scooter and activity! I it’s a shame we only were here 2 days but we will definitely be back next time! 🩷

Comfortable bed, not far from main shops like 7 eleven. Lovely staff, offered us a lift and help with locations.

Unfortunately when we arrived a spoon had not been cleaned meaning sugar was left on it, this meant there was a big ant infestation outside the toilet. The sink in the toilet was also hanging off the wall.

It was a cute nature based stay. The individual studios are cute and essentially surround the small splash pool! Natty made us breakfast, arranged a nighttime bioluminescent plankton swim for us, super friendly, and was a great communicator. We rented a car and were about 5 minutes or less from the beach AND a couple main piers.

I would love more shelves and hooks to hang our clothes on. Some TV’s in our group stay would let you cast, other didn’t- next time we would bring our small laptop and an HDMI cable.

Clean & comfortable room with AC,fridge,kettle,coffee,free water every day,TV & hot water shower,if you ask each morning they will clean room.small pool nice to cool off in & sun deck.friendly and helpful staff,you can organise trips ,onward travel & motorcycle through Natty.they also offer some food options,I had breakfast there a couple times & fried rice which I enjoyed.would stay again

Little bit traffic noise

Only stayed for one night but the room was so comfortable and well equipped. And the manager was sooo helpful, called our transfer for the next day for us and made us feel very taken care of! Appreciated that so much :)

The host was super friendly and recommended all the activities and places to visit nearby.
