Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center

Excellent for event attendance downtown Portland adjacent to MAX lines hub. Key to enjoying the stay were the area dining suggestions made by staff including distance info and a suggested visit to a historical mansion museum both ideas offered by kiosk. Personal attention to every question was noticed and appreciated. Amazing holiday value in a newer beautiful and comfortable hotel. Warmly decorated for the season with a signature Portland feel.

Restaurant was closed for breakfast. Market had a few options left. Oatmeal was good.

This hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location if visiting for the Moda center. Everything other than one incident was great.

While we were getting ready for the evening at the mirror in the bathroom, the glass door leading to the toilet completely exploded and hit my friend and I. We were bare foot and had to walk across the glass to even get out to call for help. It was extremely loud and honestly terrifying. They moved us to a new room but I was supposed to get a call to discuss what happened and my concerns, but no one ever reach out. We both are lucky we weren’t seriously injured.

Loved the view from the room - could see Mount St.Helens from the bed! Loved the automatic floor level lighting that came on in the night if you needed the loo. Loved the comfy bed and hot shower. Loved the staff - every staff member we spoke to was helpful, attentive and professional. Loved the location to Moda Centre, you can walk there and back in 5 mins. We didn't use the parking but it seemed very convenient, close to the hotel, and reasonably priced.

Didn't love the smell in the room, it was musty like old cigarettes, and there was some dust and dirt around the place. Didn't love the prices at the bar downstairs. Super expensive drinks.

The whole experience was great. Clean rooms, beautiful view, fantastic front desk service from Ashlee, and great drinks at Spork & Fork. Would highly recommended and go again.

Great staff, service, views, rooms. Hotel was packed, but staff were welcoming, valets managed to get car quickly, nice buffett.
