The location. Communication with the host.

It wasn't clean and the furnitures, mattres are old and uncomfortable. The appartment is big, but we have just one bedroom instead 2 (like the advertisement said when I booked it). The sofa/bed was in very bad condition. It's really difficult to park in that area, even in private parkings, because they are full.

Location and the size of the apartment.

TV wasn't working, probably there are some problems with installations. There was no toilet paper and kitchen paper in the facilities.
