we have waited too much to get the key as we talked with the owner, there were no clean glasses, rest are good, I would recommend to stay here, just be aware you will probably get the keys a bit later while others also complained that too

The location is great, very central and close to everything. Very spacious too.

We had to wait 30 mins outside for the host at 11pm despite telling them what time we would arrive. Lack of communication. Was not made clear that it was cash only and was asked to go to ATM at 11pm with host. Cash machine wouldn't let me take full amount out so said I would give him the rest tomorrow, only £50 remaining of the balance, and he was harassing us with calls and texts despite our communication. Did not make for a relaxing stay. Bathroom was dirty with used soap bar and hairs in shower. Not enough bedding for the amount of beds and air con did not work. Kitchen facilities were unclean and fridge had an unpleasant smell. Beds cheap and very squeaky, not very comfortable. If you need a spacious apartment with a great location, it's great... If you want anything more then I don't recommend.

Its nice ,big ,has everything you need and the location is great. But needs bit of fixing.

Seems like it just needs a bit of an update.

The location was amazing, right at the heart of Belgrade city center.

A. Hygiene was very bad. the floors are clean but the cabinets and drawers were very dirty and so is the shower, the water won’t drain and alot of dirt and hairs appear. B. Not for people who wake up easily, the neighbors are extremely loud and woke us up way too many times. C. The host was not helpful at all, does not read messages on booking.com and ignored us when we told us about the already broken washing machine.

The location is good and the size of the apartment is sufficient. It's located on the top floor with access by an old 1-2 person lift. There is local heating which is stopped during the day.

Tough communication with the host! Incorrect instructions for check-in, promised someone to greet us - never happened. Instead needed to ring all the doorbells and wait for someone from the neighbours to open the building door so I could go inside and find the key box. With no local phone and roaming using the free wifi around the city centre, it's not a very good experience to stay on the street without knowing if you will have a place to sleep tonight. After checked-in we found only 2 beds are set, and no more linen and towels are left inside the apartment. Someone came to deliver the linen at 9:30 PM, the request was done at 5:30 PM. False statements in regard to where and how you can park your car. Almost got fined and car booted in the morning and had to leave in a rush in order to avoid fines. The apartment is left to decay with minimal maintenance - cheap noisy beds with cheaper mattresses had to sleep in the living room on the couch in order not to wake up every time when someone move in the bed. Lights not working in the corridor. The bathroom door handle was broken, the kitchen had 1 fork only and 2 spoons, no salt, no sugar, and not even cheap instant coffee. When requested an invoice after the stay needed to call 3 times, send 3 messages in booking chat and involve the Support in order to receive it. Every time there was a different excuse and a new reason why the invoice cannot be sent to me. For 80 euros a night, you may need to consider other options and avoid the hassle.
