"Excellent"

Clean, tidy easy to find. Good car parking and easy to register car with both verbal and written instructions from reception. Free tea & coffee in lounge seems to be all day a bonus. Bar serving hot food and was good in assisting with gluten & nut free items. So didnt have to go out looking for a place after a busy day.

States adult only but then had children running around !!

"Great hotel, we have stayed in much more expensive places that were not as good."

Modern, clean and has attractive outdoor spaces. Great spacious room and bathroom. Shower was great.

It wasn’t a big deal, but it was quite a way from reception to our room.

Everything, spotlessly clean, comfortable. Staff both on reception and in bar area were friendly and professional. 2 girls on bar Friday evening exceptional, friendly, chatty, a real asset. Lovely shower, and well placed for event at the arts centre. Excellent value for money. Would definitely come back.

Excellent base for uni of Warwick and arts centre, nice bar and lounge area, lovely staff

Lack of aircon in the room The food was mixed - excellent breakfast, the pizza the evening before not so great
