The property looked amazing from reception to our room. Room was spotless with the added bonus of a small balcony. The staff couldn’t do enough for is and were always friendly and polite. After being out all day at a festival we came back tired and hungry so booked room service and the food was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully next year.

Lovely hotel. Much bigger than expected. A long walk to our room!...Complimentary tea , coffee etc was appreciated. Breakfast was lovely.

Outdoor seating needed updating perhaps more 'comfy' seats and cleaner...

Not all EV chargers worked, and were low power

Beautiful room, black out blinds were great with a fan for the hot weather, still hot but helped alot. Shower pressure was amazing! Also a firm bed with great pillows, usually have our own but not needed. It was a random last minute stop as passing through but it exceeded expectations for rhe price and quality of the hotel. Staff were lovely on reception and the bar. We went to a local place to eat so did not try the restaurant but the menu looked great. Free parking for a hotel is few and far between so a great bonus. 100% we would return, just for the room and shower......I have not had this level of quality in a hotel for a long time at the price. Thank you to all the team as well as the cleaning staff and everyone else behind the scene. As it was a last minute stop with the morning being a long delayed journey your accommodation made it a lovely end to a week's holiday.

From the minute I booked the room, I felt the staff were extremely helpful. I had questions and their assistance was very prompt. We arrived and I loved the place from the minute we walked in The room was excellent. The shower, the bed, everything 😊😊 We decided to have the breakfast and that did not fail to please. So much variety and so fresh.
