La casa contenía mucho polvo , tanto yo como mi hija nos pusimos mala . Teníamos una semana y al 3 dia nos fuimos . Mi perrito cogió una infección en el ojo , yo con asma y mi hija alergia del polvo y humedad que habia . Su sofá de antigüedades seguramente contenga algun bichito que fue el q me pico ami también en el ojo. El ambiente natural es bonito pero la casa deberían de cuidarla mas

Que sea una construcción tradicional rehabilitada; muros de un metro aíslan de maravilla; la comunicación con el propietario y la atención muy buena. El entorno y el jardín muy cuidados

Alguna restricción de agua; poca ventilación natural abriendo ventanas para evitar entrada insectos etc…

Very charming rural house with everything you need and parking for your car (you need a car to reach the place), good recommendations about restaurants and places to visit from host

Not necessarily something we disliked but something worth being aware of as we didn’t find that information clearly communicated on Booking, is that they only accept payment by cash; also worth noting that the pool is shared among all the rural houses (I think 3) and there is a limitation on how many/which hours you can use it

Fantastic place in the mountains with view to Teide. Peaceful and calm. Old fashioned but well equipped kitchen. Nice people.

We really appreciated the calm location, the possibility to check in earlier than booked, the cleanliness of the house, the spacious rooms and the view from the terrasse. Thank you also for all the welcome presents, fruits and wine and sweets for my birthday.

A few suggestions for improvement would include: much better quality for the pillows and bed mattresses, provide clear instructions to operate the electrical heaters, extra towels in the kitchen and bathroom, and a oven to cook.

Horrible location, extremely high in the mountains. Very steep road to get there. I was afraid to drive there. The house that is advertised is not the same one that we got. A very dark place, humid ,cold. There was no kettle in the house. Very bad kitchen equipment and facilities.

The rooms and the equipment was good. The garden is nice. The area is quiet.

We had booked this location because the pictures show a big terrace with nice wooden loungers and big parasols. The reality was the we were welcome by the cleaning lady (!) who told us that the picture shows the private part of the owner Antonio which we were not allowed to use. Instead we had for 4 people a much smaller terrace with simple plastic chairs/loungers and a simple parasol. We were told that the wooden loungers were broken long ago and we are the first ones complaining about the wrong pictures. We think advertising with wrong pictures is not correct and devalues this generally nice place, also because a few days later this "private" terrace was used by other guests.
