Acolhida,funcionarios atenciosas,prestativo. Café da manhã perfeito O refeitório limpo organizado Recepção organizada , limpa,decoração de muito bom gosto .

Quarto : tive problema no banheiro a caixa de descarga era uma caixa de plástico com uma cordinha de naylon que estava difícil de puxar quando foi usada pela segunda vez essa caixa soltou da parede .precisamos fazer força para segurar até vir alguém responsável para resolver aguardei 20min foi bem desconfortável segurando aquela caixa de água. No momento não tinha nenhum responsável para me ajudar como eu tinha o contato de alguém da pousada zap acionei e pedi ajuda. Chegou um casal não se identificou quem era ajudou-me. Eles foram prestativo se retrataram devido o ocorrido e nós encaminhou para outro quarto. O lençol da cama casal estava rasgado os endedron com aparencia de sujo.
