Lovely rooms (stayed before), everything you need. Comfy bed, lovely hot shower... Brilliant location, just minutes from Deansgate, on foot. Lovely staff. They didn't mind storing my bag after I checked out, which made my day much easier.

The heating was on all night! I appreciate a warm room, but there was no way to turn the heat off (the dial didn't work) That aside, no problems.
