The location was excellent for the Opera house.

Even though the room was above the pub the noise from the pub seemed to be very loud. The floor boards squeaked / clattered in our room and the room above. ( when anyone got back you could hear the floorboards creaking ). I had to tune the tv so we could get channels, the WiFi didn’t seem to work on the TV. When the cleaners arrived at 6.30am ish and put music on whilst cleaning it was very loud until they turned the amp off.

A really nice place, good food, lovely staff, comfy bed. It is super close to Deansgate too, great location. It is clean and friendly.

It was hot! We turned off the radiator and opened the window but when we got back it was still so hot that we slept with the fan on. That's the only "problem" we experienced.

The room we had was very noisy - right above the toilets foe the pub so the door was constantly opening and closing and the hand dryer was very audible in the room. The oub shut at midnight and the cleaner came jn early so not much time between for sleeping!
