The property is not located near the main attractions of the city, such as Las Canteras and Vegueta, but both of which are within a half-hour walk. Additionally, there are frequent bus services available. The Cleaning lady is doing a good job, she is cleaning the common spaces really good.

The two main issues with the property were: 1. The most concerning aspect was the persistent smell of sewage throughout the apartment, making it nearly uninhabitable. 2. There was a noticeable lack of maintenance across the entire property. In the room: The computer chair was uncomfortable, and could not be sat on for more than a five minutes. The TV was inconveniently positioned too high on the wall, with no adjustable feature for comfortable viewing. booking a double bed did not guarantee its availability, you can get a twin room instead without any update. The absence of the advertised couch was disappointing. In the shower: The shower experience was particularly unpleasant due to the strong smell of sewage emanating from it. Despite raising the issue with the property management, I was informed that it couldn't be be rectified. Water pressure became extremely low when others used water elsewhere in the property. While automatic air fresheners were installed, they failed to mask the smell effectively and sometimes sprayed directly on you when you come out of the shower. A pole was installed in the middle of the shower, if you are above 1.80 meter you get it to you head. The rooftop: The rooftop area was lacking out of maintenance. No one was cleaning it. No one was arranging it. There was almost no light after the sun set. When I was there when it was raining sometimes. All couches and chairs were wet an no one took care to make sure they are dried or put them in the sun or under a cover. In the kitchen: The have never cleaned the microwave. There was lots of food remaining all over it. There were insufficient cookware and cutlery for three occupants. Lighting in the apartment: Some of the lights in the property were not working, such as in the shower, in the corridor, and in the kitchen. The manager said they will replace it but she never did (they have replaced only one light).

- nice other guests - basic, but very nice terrace - every spot in the city is reachable within 20 min. by bike

- the bed was not so comfortable - even after cleaning, there was still sand in the bathroom - no real co-working - unnecessary long door code for the floor - signs telling you, you should be careful with your booking ratings

Check-in was easy and property was clean. Location is ok.

It reeks of sewers in the bathroom, mainly. So they've installed air freshener dispensers in all the common areas which made me quite nauseous after 2 days of stay. Either way, it unusually smells horrible. I urge you to do something about this or at least put some information about this case on your listing because it's way too obvious.

Perfect entrance with codes and direct ok. Everything is there and clean

The property is well located between the old town and the centre. Close to the bus and convenient stores. The building is clean and in a quiet area.
