The staff is really nice and lovely.

Unfortunately, it is a filthy place that needs deep cleaning and better beds/furniture. Furniture is the cheapest furniture you can buy at IKEA. It is overused and partly broken, apart from just not being suited for a "hotel-like" use. No real linen or pillows. Poor quality towels. No attention or love for detail. Standards are definitely below the average 1 or 2-star hotel in Europe. Access to the place does not make sense. You need one app and 2 additional codes (different for every door) to get to your room. Update: After my bad review they told booking I left the place dirty, which is an absolute joke. As you can see from the picture, they straight up threaten to give you bad reviews in return for a bad review on the door in the room.

Sewage stinking everywhere except bed room. Very strong smell at the entrance to the building and bathroom. I was leaving on the 3rd floor.

The place had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is a big supermarket, laundromat, and gym just around the premise. Helpful and accommodating staff.

What was missing for me was a lack of cozy communal spaces to spend time in. Coworking space was very basic office space and didn't seem worth paying extra for. The common kitchen area is too small to have dinners with other guests While the terrace has a very nice view, it was not very well kept and lacked facilities for work, or doing yoga/sunbathing, and didn't feel cozy nor comfortable spending a lot of time on it. That leads to missing the community feeling in the space.

It was clean and the location is okay. Supermarket is near.

I expected a coliving but people come and go, sense of community did not exist.

Great value for the money, personnel was really helpful and nice to us. Electronic entry was convenient. Even all other rooms ware occupied we did no know about other visitors at all. Clean rooms.

Staircase and bathroom ware really stinky, probably a sewerage problem, was present all the time event with windows open 24/7. Street next to the property is local prostitute district. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner.
