Struttura vicino alla stazione, accogliente e camere grandi e pulite Ristorante non nella struttura, ma cibo eccezionale

Reception aperta dalle 7:30 alle 21:00 e non 24 ore su 24 In ogni caso personale sorridente e molto disponibile a fornirti utili informazioni sui servizi offerti dalla città

La posizione è davvero comoda: in circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico e Corso Vittorio Emanuele. La hall è molto elegante e curata, mentre il vero punto di forza è la reception: il personale è estremamente accogliente, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire informazioni e assistenza. Le camere sono semplici ma essenziali, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Non c'è stato nulla di negativo. L'unico piccolo aspetto che avrei preferito diverso riguarda la mia camera, che era situata all'ultimo piano ed era raggiungibile tramite una scala di legno esterna. Inoltre era l'unica stanza presente su quel livello, quindi la sistemazione era un po' particolare. Detto questo, non è stato un vero problema e non ha compromesso la qualità del soggiorno.

Large room, good location, very fine prize :)

Serena was very helpful on our check out date and very kind, even she was unable to find us a room for an extra night she was still very undestading and supportive. 5 stars for her☺️

Very basic hotel, not much storage space the only wardrobe on the room has the fridge inside which takes pretty much half of the space left, room was well cleaned apart from the floor that everyday was still with full of dirtness. They also advert that provide toilitries which is not true they only provide a soap in the shower and a soap bar in the Bidé. Breakfast is very limited with the same everyday, not varied and no fruit/ health options. Better to save that money and eat outside. The boy in the reception only aims to sell the restaurant of the hotel (DONT GO IS TERRIBLE) and a over priced tour in Marettimo that you can get for 50£ less anywhere in Trappani (Don’t fall for this), any other day that you try to get help or just a good morning you will not be lucky.

El edificio era bonito y el desayuno estaba bastante bien. La habitación era grande y la.cama cómoda. La ubicación era buena.

El baño tendrían que modernizarlo. No me gustó que para subir a la habitación había dos tramos de escaleras
