Near the beach. Comfortable apartment with all necessary stuff (kitchen, iron, hair dryer, internet)

Receptionists is not kind

Everything was above my expectations. The owner kindly helped me with a few small issues. Issues were not related to the appartment. I would love to come again. The view from the room is awesome!

Me and my wife and our friend booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 4 nights , rooms (suites) were clean and well equipped with new facilities and we felt very comfortable during our stay, fortunately elevator systems were working well and fast enough and we had no problem with that. Location of the hotel is great, very close to the beach and restaurants. On 32nd floor, our room balcony had a nice view to the sea and on the same floor our friend’s room view was another apartment that you had to turn your head out of the balcony to view the sea on the right and mountains on the left while we both booked Panoramic view rooms. Royal sea breeze is a part of Orby city Official apartment and there is no specific sign for the hotel we just found it from Google’s map location and asked from the receptionist. When we checked out , the receptionist changed us 10 GEL to keep our luggage in the luggage room. At last I recommend this hotel

There is no hotel as Royal Sea Breeze Apartment. Expedia did not provide the phone number of hotel. We came to Sherif Khimshiashvili 7B, Batumi, 6010 Georgia and there was not apartments. We have asked around and nobody knows about apartment. I thing Expedia have made a mistake and it is just scam. Thanks for best holidays
