HB Freeze Inn

The hotel has the very bad management. It was awful experience. I stayed one night in single room. It was late evening when I checked in, I was really tired and needed to rest. The room has window through the street, and it was like I was staying in the street. It was awful noisy. I asked to change the room or refund and I would move another hotel. I was sitting and waiting their answer more than two hours. At the and manager said they didn’t have other rooms and they didn’t care. They didn’t refund money and they didn’t take responsibility. If you want to rest or sleep don’t stay in this hotel ever

Very nice place. Clean and big rooms.

Position is great all facilities nearly women house keeping is perfect and helpful alsohospitality is great

Everything was perfect, but i wish if they will add some bottle of water 🙏🏻❤️
