Pool chalet was spacious and well appointed- so much space! . Whole property was delightful Fantastic location

Wasn’t clear how to access property on arrival and unclear if sufficient parking for guests to freely come and go

"Zentrumsnah"

Nahe des Zentrum gelegene Unterkunft. Gutes Frühstück , freundliches Personal

Ich fand es nicht besonders sauber, der Pool Service war da, aber der Pool war immer noch schmutzig nachdem er ging. Es gibt nur 4 Liegen, die nicht ausreichen für alle Gäste.. In den Zimmern liegen alte recht gammelige Teppiche und Felle , die per se schon schlecht sauber zu halten sind. Man darf den Kühlschrank im Aufenthaltsraum mitbenutzen, dadurch habe ich leider gesehen wie die Lebensmittel fürs Frühstück gelagert wurden, Avocados angeschnitten ohne Abdeckung, Speck offen liegend, alles eher unappetitlich. Beim Frühstück ist wenig Platz für alle Gäste, Stühle Geschiebe, alles ungemütlich. Uns wurde ein Frühstück berechnet, obwohl wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, die Erstattung gestaltet sich schwierig und hat bis jetzt nach 2 Monaten immer noch nicht stattgefunden, obwohl es uns mehrfach versichert wurde.

"Werden sicher nicht wieder kommen"

Frühstück schwach, Lage OK

Habe mich vor Ankunft bei Rezeption erkundigt ob Franschhoek Pass offen sei (Waren zum Lunch verabredet). Laut Rezeption war Pass frei befahrbar. War aber gesperrt - wieder zurück - anschließend 1 Stunde Stau auf N2. Beim check in keine Hilfe beim Gepäck.
