Great central location. Walking distance to everything. Lovely staff.

A bit noisy. Got woken up by the door bell at 07:30 one morning. Thin walls. Pool very small.

The location is convenient and the property is spacious.

There were no mirrors in the bedrooms. Very odd and after seeing other reviews, guests have raised this before, but nothing has been done. The door handles are not practical and the cleanliness could be better. We notified the property of our arrival time, which was not early, and they were not prepared for us.

Micaela was great, the pool was clean and surprisingly warm. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. Overall the room facilities were clean and functional.

There was no backup generator when loadshedding occurred, which we weren't informed about. The pool area needs more sun loungers and brollies. Also, we assumed that we had cooking facilities in the room, which wasn't the case; so this was somewhat misleading.

Good location

Room was very tired and basic - did not feel like a luxury stay
