Casa Ria Luxury House w Private Pool Near Aventura Mall

Property had to many rules that’s wasn’t listed. Even with a three car party the third car couldn’t park on the property. We couldn’t play music inside or out and we got threatened multiple times for our stay to be terminated. It’s only for sleeping no laughing. We only just slept at the house.

The size of the property was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were in great working condition. However, upon arrival there were many roaches and water bugs running around the place. also, the sheets were full of all kinds of stays and there was not one clean bed in all seven rooms. We must however give a shoutout to our AMAZING VILLA MANAGER TISHA!!! She worked tirelessly and with lots of effort to fix the heating of the pool and to give over to the owners the rodent situation in an efficient and successful manner so the owners would finally understand that the cleaning crew wasn't doing it's job!!! Also many repairs were needed for the place so she assured us they would be fixed. Thanks to her we got a refund for the cleaning fee!!! THANKS TISHA for everything!!!

Pool and hot tub was disgusting took 2 days to get cleaned. Rooms had dead roaches. Hot water was in and out.

This house was great as far as the moment of rooms, beds needed for guests. The inside of the house itself was also nice. However the communication with the property owner/managers was poor and there was also a couple things that need to be addressed for a better experience for guests. First, it was not clear that only one car could be parked at the house. We had 8 people and 4 cars and were forced to park some of the cars ima hospital parking deck for 5 days. We did not know we could only park one car until I was inquiring about check in info and had already arrived in Miami. The information about parking needs to be explicit because it would have changed booking for the house. Also, there hot water kept going out which was very annoying with 8 people trying to get ready. We were also told that pool would be cleaned every two days. We were there for 5 days and it was never cleaned. Was told that the vacuum in the pool helped with cleaning but it didn’t seem to do anything. It would have been nice to be able to use the amenities. Also none of the TVs worked in the house. One of the remotes didn’t even have batteries in it. And even though the owner sent over batteries the TVs still never worked. Overall it was a nice home for a large group but the inconveniences mentioned above have me hesitant to ever book again.
