We had a lovely big bedroom with a balcony. The hotel was very ornate with lots of interesting decor. It was a great location - around 15 minutes on the bus to the centre of Salzburg and plenty of hiking trails nearby. The breakfast wasn’t cooked but we really enjoyed it - there was plenty of choice: breads, cheeses, cakes, yogurt, fruit, cereals, meats, fish and eggs (sometimes scrambled sometimes boiled)

No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. The room was very hot.
