The room for nice for a couple but a little warm (in case they have working AC). The staff was friendly and spoken half italian half english - they do assist you in everything. Cleaners did a great job also, so I recommend to discover Ortigia from here. The resort s bit pricey but located in the old town and the seaside was just 5 minutes walk.

The luggage storing was not an option, but could have been a big plus.
