Pretty much, I like it 👌

Some toilet smells mainly at night, but it is ok, not too bad. The air-conditioning could be better.

Tidy, clean, light, airy, large windows that open, shutters to darken. Hanging pegs by the door. Good shower. Shelves in bathroom. Fan and aircon. About 15 minute pleasant walk to centre. Close to supermarket. Luggage storage on day of entry and departure. Lift.

Some additional shelves and/or drawers would improve the small clothes storage. The apartment is in a large soulless building. Noise from other apartments.
